Fried breaded chicken cutlet, prosciutto, provolone, bruschetta, and pesto. They bread and fry the cutlet so it comes out crispy....Super thick slice of chicken but somehow they keep it tender. Provolone is a nice touch. Pesto adds some herb. Could use a touch more salt but solid sandwich. We get three of the specialty sandwiches cut them into fours and that feeds a family of four for 2 meals. Thicc.
